Halibut with mango salsa

1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 1/2 fresh mangoes, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dark chili powder
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Pinch of cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 (4 oz) halibut fillets
Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Preheat grill to medium.

2. In a large bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, corn, mangoes, salt, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro, cumin and cinnamon. Set aside for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

3. Place fish on a large piece of foil. Add a few splashes of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a few small pieces of butter. Fold up foil to make a foil "tent" around the fish.

4. Place the foil tent on the grill and cook the fish until it flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve the salsa over the fish.
