Chcolate mousse

Inhaltsstoffe für 4 people. One each
1 Egg,
1 Table spoon of caster sugar,
4 oz chcolate,
1/2 pint of double cream,
2oz melted butter,
3-4 table spoons of milk.
Vorb. Zeit → 10-20 Min.
Koch Zeit → 30 Min.

Zubereitung
1. 1. Whisk egg and sugar till it's thick and creamy.
2. Add the chcolate to the melted butter, and mix well.
3. Add the chcolate mixture to the beaten egg and sugar.
4. Add in whipped cream.
5. Add 3-4 table spoon of milk.
6. Pour into indindual dishes and let set in frige.
