French Style Filet Mignon of Chalsea Chen - Recipefy

Filet Mignon 0.7lb
Red Onion 1
Seasoning
Black pepper
Black sweet soy sauce
Garlic 3 cloves
Rice wine 5 drops

Vorb. Zeit → 10 Min.

Koch Zeit → 10 Min.

1. Cut filet mignon into cubs
Cut red onion into cube shape

2. Heat up the pan and add chopped garlic and oil
Add filet mignon and pan fry quickly
Turn down the heat to medium and simmer
Pan fry filet mignon till medium rare
Add black sweet soy sauce 2tsp
Add black pepper
Put in plate

3. Heat up the pan with oil
Add in onion and pan fry for 3 mins
Add filet mignon and pan fry them together
Add corn starch water to thicken the sauce

4. Ready to serve

5. Tip:
Make sure enough oil cover the filet mignon in order to keep the meat juice stay within.
