Fried Trout of Marina Peskova - Recipefy

3 portional trout pieces
Chetvergova salt (or black/sea salt)
White pepper
Black pepper
Dill
Parsley
Celery

1. Wash the trout, divide into portional pieces, salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and fry both sides on mustard oil until cooked.
Serve with vegetable salad and greens.
