My granny's incredibly easy biscuit fudge

Inhaltsstoffe für 20 - 24 pieces
6oz of butter
6oz of caster sugar
2 tblsp of syrup
14oz tin of condensed milk
9oz of crushed digestive biscuits
Vorb. Zeit → 10 Min.
Koch Zeit → 15 Min.

Zubereitung
1. In a pan, gently heat the butter, sugar, syrup and condensed milk
2. Boil for 4-5 mins until mixture is a golden caramel colour.
3. Remove pan from the heat and stir in the biscuit crumbs
4. Spread mixture into a swiss roll tin and leave to cool.
5. Cut into fingers.
