340g spinach leafs
500g potatoes
1 big onion
3 garlic cloves
3 table spoons of olive oil
1.3 L of vegetable stock
Salt

Vorb. Zeit → 5 Min.

Koch Zeit → 30 Min.

1. 1. Boil for 25 minutes the Potatoes, Onion and Garlic on the Vegetal Stock seasoned with Salt
2. Add the Spinach Leafs, the Olive Oil and boil for another 5 minutes
3. Puree until smooth.
4. Bring to a boil
5. Done
