1-ingredient vegan ice cream

Ingredients for 1 serving
1 banana
1/4-1/2 soy milk (or almond milk) (optional)
dash of vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings of your choice

Directions
1. Peel and cut the banana.
2. Put the slices in tupperware in between baking paper.
3. Freeze overnight.
4. Blend the bananas in a food processor until smooth. Add some soy milk to ease the blending and vanilla extract for flavor.
5. Serve immediately with you favorite toppings (nuts, chocolate, fruit, etc).
