3 lb. beef roast such as chuck roast
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix (about 1 1/2 tbsp)
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 envelope dry brown gravy mix
2 cups water

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. Put the water in a measuring cup that is larger than the amount of water you are using. Add all three envelopes of dry ingredients to water and mix thoroughly.

2. Brown the meat (if desired) and add to crockpot. Pour the water mixture over the meat. In the slow cooker, cook on high for about 4 hours or on low for about 8.
