3-Ingredient Low-Carb Paleo Cookies of MyHealthyDessert - Recipefy

½ cup of tahini (or nut butter of your choice)

1 egg

Sweetener of tour choice

Raisins – optional

½ teaspoon of baking soda – optional

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), or a little lower if your oven has a fan.

2. Mix the nut butter with the sweetener. Add the eggs and the baking soda, in case you are using any. Mix until everything is well combined; the mixture should be thick and sticky, but it’s also rather runny. Add the raisins to the mixture or just put them as a decoration on top of the cookies.

3. Put some baking paper (or aluminium foil in my case) on your baking tray. Pour about 2/3 of a tablespoon of the mixture onto the paper to shape the cookies. Leave enough space between them, because they’ll expand in the oven.

4. Bake for about 10 minutes and keep an eye on them.
