5-ingredient peanut butter bliss balls
Recipe by1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup dessicated coconut
2 1/2 tablespoons cacao (I didn't have cacao or cocoa so I used a sachet of Moccona Latte)
40ml / 1 1/4 oz maple syrup
pinch sea salt flakes
I added about 8-10 dates too - it made it sticky and sweet. It was nice.
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 0 min
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl then stir until combined. (I used a food processor which was really quick).
2. Roll mix into balls and keep in the fridge to set.
3. Keeps for up to 2 weeks.
