A healthy pot noodle (350 cals)
Recipe by1 rasher of smoked back bacon - trim off all fat and chop
2 finely sliced spring onions
50g of frozen peas
1/4 tsp of paprika
2 tsps of cornflour
200ml of veg stock
150g of straight-to-wok noodles
A wee splash of Worcestershire sauce
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 0 min
1. Fry bacon for a few mins, add the white parts of the spring onions, peas and paprika, then cook for 1 min more. Mix the cornflour with a little of the stock to get a paste, then stir this into the pan with the rest of the stock, noodles and a good splash of Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for a couple of mins until thick and, then top with rest of spring onion.
