Aidells chicken and apple sausage, spinach, onions, cottage cheese
Recipe by1 aidells chicken and apple sausage
1 cup sauteed spinach
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 onion
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsps olive oil
1 apple
1. This is my quick and easy, can't think of anything else dinner.
2. Heat your oil and sautee the spinach and onion. The longer you cook and caramelize the onion, the better this meal is. I usually do them separate, and season the spinach with the vinegar, but you could do these together if you're in a hurry and don't want to deal with the extra pan. I'd throw the onion in the bottom and let it cook for a bit then put the spinach on top.
3. Heat the sausage - it's already cooked so you can do this however you want. I usually put it in with my onion. You could microwave it, put it in with your other pan of veggies, or saute it by itself.
4. I usually slice the sausage, put the cottage cheese on top and then top that with the onion, the more caramelized the better. Spinach goes on the side, but you could very feasibly eat it all together.
5. Eat the apple for dessert.

7. This is a big meal - 5 blocks, enough for a very large very active man. If you don't need that much, just dish up what you want and save the rest for tomorrow's lunch.
