Almond, white wine and coriander dukkah

1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds
1/2 cup white wine
1 t garlic paste or crushed garlic (or, garlic and ginger)
2 T chopped coriander
3 T butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2. Once it starts foaming, add almonds. Stir gently until browned.

3. Add wine and cook until liquid has reduced by two thirds.

4. Stir in the garlic, coriander, and seasoning, and leave to cook until mixture is moist but has no excess liquid.

5. Serve with fish or as a dip.
