Alu paratha

Whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
Ajwain seeds
Red Chilli powder (optional)
Stuffing
Boil potato and cool it to room temperature
Add pakora masala
Chopped coriander leaves
No salt as salt in potato makes it difficult to roll the dough.
1. Mix the dry ingredients. Slowly add water to make it to a dough consistency.
2. To make the paratha:
Divide the dough in small balls
Stuff the mixed potato in the dough balls by forming small cups and sealing them by twisting the open ends.
Roll into paratha
Fry shallow both sides in a frying pan.
3. Serve with yogurt, raita and salad
