Anda methi bhaji
Recipe by1 Bunch Fenugreek Leaves
4 Onions Finely chopped
3-4 Tbsp Grated Coconut
4 Eggs
3-4 Green chillies
10-12 Garlic Crushed
¼ Tsp Pepper Powder
Coriander As Per Taste
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt As Per Taste
3 Tbsp Oil
Cooking Tip: To decrease the bitter taste of Fenugreek leaves, cut the leaves before washing
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Heat oil in a pan. Cut methi leaves before washing.
Add chopped garlic, coriander chopped, slit green chilli
Add Haldi powder half teaspoon
Add pepper powder. Brown the lasan, then add the onion, then salt.
Cover and cook.
Add the chopped methi, then dessicated coconut. Cook for 5 mins more. Once the methi is cooked, add the eggs in the sabzi.
Add coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt. Cover and cook for 5-7 mins more.
