Apple Cinnamon Cake of Rhoda Rutherford - Recipefy

180ml oil
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1,5 cups flour
half a teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
half teaspoon bicarb of soda
half teaspoon vanilla or almond essence
half a cup chopped walnuts or almonds
half cup cake mix
2 cups chopped apple

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius

2. Grease and line a cake tin or muffin pan. This is a sticky cake make sure ur tin is well greased and floured if u not using paper.

3. Chop apples into little cubs, not too small, and roughly chop the nuts.

4. Blend oil, sugar and eggs little light and fluffy-ish.

5. Sift in Flour, salt, cinnamon and bicarb. Add essence. Mix well.

6. Using a large spoon or spatular fold in the apple, nuts and cake mix.

7. Spoon into cake tin or muffin try.

8. Baking times
As a cake 50-60mins
As muffins 30mins

9. Serve warm with ice cream or custard... mmmmm
