Apple curry sauce

Cilantro (2 T)
Flour (2 T)
Butter (1 T)
Curry powder (1 t)
Milk (2/3 c)
White wine (2 T)
Apple (1 u)

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Cut the apple in thin slices.

2. In a non stick pan, heat the butter. When it is hot, add the cilantro and flour. Mix everything all together. Add the milk slowly. When the sauce starts to get a little thick, add the curry, apples, and white wine. Mix in low heat for 5-10 minutes.

3. Serve the sauce on top of pork chops and chicken.
