Artichoke & spinach dip

Ingredients for 12 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, trained and chopped
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
2. Spread mixture in a 2-quart baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with bread rounds or vegetables.
