1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 lb. pecans (4 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Prep. Time → 5 - 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a medium sized bowl, toss the pecans with the egg white, coating the pecans evenly.

3. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans and toss again to coat evenly.

4. Spread the pecan's on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir the pecans halfway through the baking time.

5. Let pecans cool completely.

6. Delicious by themselves or in salads.

7. For a spicy taste, add a pinch of your favorite ground pepper in with the sugar mixture.
