Avocado and feta on toast

Ingredients for 12 slices
12 slices baguette
30ml olive oil
4 ripe avocados
150g feta, cut into crumbly slices
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to serve

Cook Time → 10 min

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Lay slices of baguette on baking tray and drizzle with oil
3. bake until crispy, about 10min
4. turn off heat and allow to cool in over for 20min
5. remove and allow to cool completely
6. top with avo slices and feta and drizzle some more oil and season to taste
