Bacon chicken burgers sw

- 454gm (1lb) skinless chicken breast, minced or finely chopped
- 4 slices lean smoked bacon, all visible fat removed, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely grated
- 1tsp ground paprika
- salt and freshly milled black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 60ml (2 fl oz) chicken stock, made with chicken Bovril
- Fry Light
1. Method
1. Mix together the chicken, bacon and onion.
2. Add the seasoning, egg and chicken stock. Mix together thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Using damp hands shape the mixture into 4 evenly sized burgers.
4. Spray the burgers with Fry Light and cook on a prepared barbeque or preheated moderate grill for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the juices run clear.
