Bailey's truffles
Recipe by12oz semi sweet chocolate
1/4c Bailey's Irish Cream
1/4c half and half
2 egg yolks, beaten
1Tbs smart balance butter
1/2c splenda
1/2c cocoa powder
Prep. Time → 0 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate
2. Add the Baileys and half and half
3. Temper the eggs with a little of the chocolate mixture and then slowly add to chocolate
4. The mixture will thicken
5. Add butter and mix well
6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours to overnight
7. Use a Teaspoon measuring spoon to scoop out chocolate
8. Form into balls and then roll in splenda and then cocoa powder
9. Enjoy!
