600ml baileys
360g of frozen vanilla or toffee yoghurt
2 mint leaves

Prep. Time → 2 min

Cook Time → 4 min

1. pour the baileys and frozen yoghurt into a blender and blend till smooth
then simply serve with the mint leaves on top
