4 stale chocolate-chip brioche rolls, sliced
400g can of apricot halves in juice, drained
16fl oz of custard
2 eggs

1. Preheat the oven to 190.
Put the brioche and apricots in a greased oven-proof dish.
Beat the egg into the custard.
2. Pour the custard over the brioche and bake
for 25 minutes.
