Baked brie

7.5 oz round brie cheese
4 oz sun dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt to taste

Directions
1. Score the top of the cheese. Mix tomatoes and garlic, pile generously on cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and salt. It is not necessary to remove rind from cheese, although, I usually do.
2. Heat in a 350°F oven until cheese begins to melt. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
