Baked chocolate ganache cups with berries and biscotti crumbs
Recipe by
200ml cream
300g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
45ml brown sugar
2 large eggs
500ml fresh gooseberries, to serve
8 strawberries, halved, to serve
fresh cream, whipped, to serve
biscotti, to serve
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. melt cream and chocolate over low heat until smooth. Allow to cool for 2min and then whisk in sugar and eggs
3. divide between 4 ramekins and place on baking tray in oven
4. bake until tops have just set (20-22min)
5. do not over bake, best served gooey
6. allow to cool completely before serving or refrigerate overnight
7. remove 30min before serving
8. serve topped with fresh gooseberries, strawberries, a dollop of cream and some broken biscotti pieces
