1 tablespoon of caster sugar.
3 tablespoonsof milk.
1 egg,beaten.
8in sweet shortcrust pastry case, Baked blind.
1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg.

1. Preheat the oven to 180
Whisk the custard, sugar, milk and egg,
thenpour into the pastry case, set on a baking tray.
2. Sprinkle with nut meg and bake for 20 minutes until the filling is set.
