Baked egg breakfast
Recipe by400g rocket
2 tbsp olive oil
4 large eggs
150g thick natural yoghurt
1/2 garlic clove
50g butter
1/2 tsp red pepper powder (kirmizi biber) if you can find it or substitute with chilli flakes

Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Heat a little oil and cook the rocket over a low heat until wilted, season.
2. Put the rocket in a baking dish and make 4 indentations for the eggs
3. Crack the eggs into the indentations
4. Cook in the oven until the eggs are to your liking on 150c
5. Mix the yoghurt and garlic and season.
6. Heat the butter and when melted add the kirmizi biker or chilli flakes, and let it cook for a moment.
7. Pour yoghurt and the melted butter mixture over the eggs and rocket and serve hot with some fresh bread.
