BAKED GARROTXA TAPAS of Jorge's Deli - Recipefy

Catalan Garrotxa (medium) BUY
Spanish Orange Honey BUY
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Breadh

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1. Place your Garrotxa cheese in an oven proof dish, a cazuela is perfect.

2. 2. Cut a cross in the top of the cheese no more than 1cm deep and 2 cm across.

3. 3. Drizzle some Spanish Orange Honey on top, approx. 2 tablespoons and place your fresh Thyme on top of the honey.

4. 4. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200C and cook for 25minutes. You can add a few more minutes if it is not quite soft enough.

5. 5. Remove your Garrotxa cheese from the oven and place on a heatproof mat.

6. 6. Cut some slices of bread.

7. 7. This is a great sharing dish for 4 people, so place it in the middle of the table for everyone to access and scoop some cheese with their bread - delicioso!
