Baked salmon

1 lb of fresh salmon
1 tablespoon butter
minced garlic
lemon juice or lemon slices
sesame seeds
parsley
salt
pepper

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Preheat oven to 450.

2. On baking sheet cover with foil and roll up on all 4 sides so butter won't leak out.

3. Place salmon on foil and cover top with minced garlic, dash of parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Dash lemon juice on top or place lemon slices on top. Cut several slices of butter and add on top

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until middle is completely done.

5. Serve with rice and blanched green beans.
