Baked scrambled eggs

1 box brownberry seasoned croutons
1/2 velveeta cheese
8 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 tsp salt
8 slices bacon

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Prepare the night before

2. Pour brownberry seasoned croutons in a 13 x 9 casserole dish

3. Layer cubed velveeta cheese over the top

4. Mix with electric beater eggs, milk, and salt until frothy. Pour over cheese

5. Refrigerate over night

6. Fry bacon, cool and crumble. Store in container in refrigerator.

7. Next morning sprinkle bacon on top of casserole

8. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
