Baked spaghetti squash with cheese and ham

Ingredients

1 small spaghetti squash
28g of parmesan (HEa)
42g of mozzarella (HEa)
4 slices of lean ham, chopped up
paprika
black pepper
salt
mixed herbs
Pam or Frylight spray
Fresh Italian Parsley

1. Method

2. Preheat oven to 200c or 400f
Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and remove seeds.
Sprinkle with paprika, black pepper, mixed herbs and salt
Spray over the top with some Pam or Frylight spray
Place both squash halves flesh side down on a baking tray and bake in the oven until flesh is golden (approx 35-40mins)
Remove from oven, top each squash half, with half of the parmesan, mozzarella and ham and put back in the oven until cheese has melted.
You can either serve as it is, or pull all the squash strands out onto a plate.
Serve topped with a little bit of Italian Parsley
