Balsamic chicken

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 bonless skinless chicken breast halves

Prep. Time → 65 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a zip top bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

2. Pre heat oven to 400.

3. Remove chicken from bag; reserve marinade. Place Marinade in small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes or until syrupy, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; divide mixture in half.

4. Heat a large oven-proof skillet over med-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil; swirl to coat. Add chicken, saute 4 minutes.

5. Turn chicken over brush with half the marinade. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes or until done.

6. Remove chicken from oven and brush with remaining marinade.
