Balsamic vinaigrette

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard or regular mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.
I eliminated the salt and pepper with no significant change in taste.
Note: this is also good as a dip for bread as an appetizer.
