Banana berry smoothie

1/4 tsp. grated ginger
1 tsp. honey
1 large banana
480ml/16.25fl oz soya milk
100g/3.5oz natural yoghurt
150g/5oz strawberries

Directions
1. Grate the ginger, peel and chop the banana then chop and de-stem the strawberries.
Place in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth and creamy.
