4 safawi dates
fresh ginger (to taste)
habaq mint (10 to 12 leaves)
1 cup of rice milk

Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
There is no need to add sugar since the dates are sweet enough. This smoothie is very healthy and energizing.
