Basic mayo

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 tsp dijon mustard
4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil
Directions
1. In a food processor, place egg yolks.
2. Add mustard and lemon juice. Pulse until well combined.
3. With motor running, and oil in a slow steady stream until thick and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
