2 cups poha
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup potato (cut)
1/2 cup onions (cut)
Few green chilies (cut)
Few curry leaves
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi),
Pinch of salt
Few cilantro leaves

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Place the poha in a sieve and hold it under running water for a few seconds.

2. Toss well to drain out all excess water and keep aside.

3. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

4. When the seeds crackle add the curry leaves and add green chilies and stir for 1 minute.

5. Add the onions and saute till the onions turn golden brown.

6. Add potatos, turmeric powder, salt and a little water

7. Cover and heat on medium flame till the potatos are cooked.

8. Add poha,sugar and salt

9. Mix well

10. Serve hot garnished with cilantro
