Bbq chicken on flatbread
Recipe byChicken, Low fat mozzarella cheese, FlatOut flatbrad, Jack Daniels Sweet BBQ Sauce, parsely

Cook Time → 20 min
1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, chilli powder, and garlic. Cook on stove until done.
Use half of a flatbread, cut up 3 oz of chicken, add one serving of cheese, one serving of BBQ sauce, and parsely to taste. Lightly toast on stove. Heat in microwave before lunch.
2. 3 oz of chicken= 26 g protein, 1 g fat
1/2 flatbread= 5 g protein, 7 carbs, 1 fat
1 serving of cheese= 8 g protein, 4 g carbs
1 serving BBQ sauce= 11 g carbs
3. Total= 39 g protein, 22 g carbs, 2 g fat
