Beef and cashews - slow cooked

600g braising beef, sliced
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 red peppers sliced
2 onions sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
100ml soy sauce
50 ml rice wine
2 tbsp peanut butter
200ml chicken stock
200g cashews
600g rice noodles
Baby corn, salt and pepper, spring onions, chilli, coconut - for garnish

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 240 min

1. Dust the beef with cornflour, cook in oil until browned. Transfer to slow cooker
Cook the peppers, onions and garlic until soft, throw into the slow cooker
Cook the soy sauce, rice wine, peanut butter and stock, add to slow cooker.
add the cashews and cook for 4 hours on high.
cook the noodles and serve with garnish
