Beef and Cheese Foldover of Shel - Recipefy

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/2 cup hot water
2 cups all purpose baking mix
1 cup Kraft Mexican Style finely shredded four cheese
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees

2. Brown meat with onions in a large skillet and drain

3. Stir in corn, ketchup and steak sauce and set aside

4. Add water to baking mix and stir until mixture forms dough

5. Shape dough into a ball

6. Place on lightly floured surface and knead 5 times until smooth and no longer sticky

7. Roll into a 12 inch circle and transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray

8. Spoon meet mixture onto center of dough and spread to within 2 inches of edge

9. Fold edge of dough over meat and leave center uncovered

10. Bake 20 minutes

11. Top filling with cheese and bake 5 more minutes

12. Sprinkle with parsley
