Beef broccoli wellington

1 lb ground beef
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 9 oz pkg cut broccoli, thawed and drained
2 8 oz cans crescent rolls

1. Heat oven to 375

2. In a medium skillet, brown meat; drain well

3. Stir in mozzarella, onion, sour cream, salt, pepper, and broccoli

4. Simmer 10 minutes

5. Prepare dough

6. Drain meat mixture again

7. Spoon into center of dough

8. Form a "loaf" with the dough

9. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until DEEP golden brown.
