1 small banana
150g fresh raspberries and strawberries
300 ml milk caster sugar if required

Directions
1. for the berry smoothie slice a banana halve the strawberry's if they are very large
2. place the fruit in the blender pour in the milk make sure the lid is on tight and blend until smooth
3. taste and add sugar if required pour into smoothie glasses and serve with straws
