handful of blueberries, handful of raspberries, handful of strawberries, 1/2 cup milk, 3 vanilla yogurt 'ice cubes'

Directions
1. Freeze blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
2. Freeze vanilla (or plain, or greek) yogurt into an ice cube tray
3. Add frozen berries, 3 yogurt ice cubes and milk into blender
4. Blend
5. Enjoy!
