500g mince (chicken, beef, pork, sausage, lamb, turkey)
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried seasoning (Italian, Greek, Moroccan, Roast Chicken, Smoky BBQ)
1 Tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil or mint)
1 Tbsp sauce (Worchestershire, Sweet Chili, BBQ, Ketchup)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
sea salt, pepper
cooking spray
Directions
1. Mix everything and form into 4 patties. Cook in pan on medium-high heat
2. **for added juiciness push a bit of butter into the centre of each patty
