Protein (beef, chicken, tofu)

· Rice

· Variety of vegetables, including: carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and mung bean sprouts

· Eggs

Marinade

· 5 Tablespoons soy sauce

· 2 garlic cloves

· Diced green onion

· 2 Tablespoons sugar

· 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

· 2 Tablespoons sesame oil

· 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

1. Start rice first, following instructions on box.

2. · Cut protein source as thin as you can, put into marinade, stir well. Let sit in marinade 2-3 minutes.

3. · “Squish” protein to squeeze out marinade. This is a great job for kids if you are cooking with little ones.

4. · Thinly slice carrots and zucchini and set aside.

5. · Heat pan with oil, cook carrots until slightly tender.

6. · Set aside, add more oil, cook zucchini.

7. · Set aside, and so on until all vegetables are cooked.

8. · In a small bowl, whip an egg and pour into well oiled pan, spreading it out like an egg pancake.

9. · Let the egg cook, then flip and cook on other side. When done, flip onto cutting board.

10. · When cool enough to touch, roll up the egg, thinly slice into egg ribbons, set aside.

11. · Add more oil to pan, cook marinaded protein.

12. · Take a bowl with rice in the bottom, add a bit of everything, including juice from the meat. Mix and enjoy
