Big Dutch Babies of Laura McCracken - Recipefy

PAN SIZE
2-3 quarts use 1/4 c butter, 3 eggs, 3/4 c milk & 3/4 c flour
3-4 quarts use 1/3 c butter, 4 eggs, 1 c milk & 1 c flour
4-4 1/2 quarts use 1/2 c butter, 5 eggs, 1 1/4 c milk & 1 1/4 c flour
4 1/2-5 quarts use 1/2 c butter, 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c milk & 1 1/2 c flour

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20-25 min

1. Place butter in pan (shallow) & place in 425 degree oven

2. Beat eggs until blended, gradually beat in milk and then flour.

3. Pour batter into pan and return to oven. Bake until puffy and well browned.

4. Dust with nutmeg. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
