Black bean loaf (vegetarian)

1 can (2cups) black beans
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 cup spaghetti sauce (any variety)
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tbsp italian seasoning
2 eggs

1. 1. Cook black beans. Do this however you want.
2. Mince garlic and add to oil, italian seasoning, and beans in a medium skillet.
3. Over medium heat, mash beans as you cook them down to the consistency of a thick yoghurt. This can take 10-20 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 375.
5. Add: spaghetti sauce, breadcrumbs, and eggs; mix well and place in loaf pan.
6. Bake until set and meatloaf-like, about 45 minutes
