1 pkg of 6 frozen blintzes (any flavor)
8 oz sour cream
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 cup sugar

Directions
1. Put all ingredients (except blintzes and sugar) in blender
Blend while gradually adding sugar
Place frozen blintzes in pan
Pour mixture over frozen blintzes
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hr (or until brown and firm)
