Blueberry cottage cheese of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

3/4 cup Low - Fat Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Blueberries - Fresh or Frozen
5 tsp Slivered Almonds

1. Mix the cottage cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and applesauce in a bowl. Add blueberries and almonds. 3 and a half block meal, enough for an average sized active female.
